Vityora is a women's health companion that follows you from cycle to pregnancy to baby. Your health story is deeply personal, so we built Vityora to keep it that way: your data lives on your device, it is never sold, and you stay in control.
This app ("Vityora", "we", "us") is operated from Romania (EU). For any privacy question or request you can reach us at privacy@vityora.com. We act as the data controller for the limited personal data described below under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Health & cycle data you enter — periods, symptoms, moods, fertile-window and ovulation estimates, pregnancy details, kick and contraction logs, baby tracking, and notes. This is stored on your device and used only to power the app's features (calendar, predictions, insights, reminders). It stays on your device unless you enable cloud backup.
Optional cloud backup — if you turn on backup, an encrypted copy of your data is stored so you can restore it on a new device. You can turn backup off and remove the backup at any time.
AI assistant — when you ask the assistant a question, the text of your question (and only a short note of your current stage, e.g. "cycle, day 12", needed to answer it) is sent to our secure server, which forwards it to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), to generate a reply in your language. We ask for your explicit consent inside the app before your first message is ever sent. Your health logs are never sent. Anthropic processes the text only to generate the reply, under its own privacy and data-protection commitments, and does not use it to train its models or for advertising. Questions are used only to answer you. Do not share information you would not want processed; the assistant does not provide medical diagnosis.
Subscriptions (Vityora Plus) — purchases are processed by Apple or Google and validated through our payments partner RevenueCat. We receive a purchase/entitlement status and an anonymous app-install identifier so we can unlock Plus and restore purchases. We never receive your card number or full payment details — those stay with Apple/Google.
Basic diagnostics — like most apps we may process limited, non-identifying technical data (app version, device type, crash information) to keep Vityora stable. This is not used to identify you.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you can withdraw at any time by turning off a feature or deleting your data), and to perform the service you asked for (for example, unlocking a subscription you purchased). Health data is a special category of data under GDPR and we process it only with your explicit consent to provide the app's features.
You can access, correct, export and delete your data directly in the app (Settings → Export / Delete). Under GDPR you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Romania, ANSPDCP). To exercise any right, email privacy@vityora.com.
On-device data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app. If you enable cloud backup, your backup is kept until you disable backup or delete your data. Purchase/entitlement records are kept for as long as needed to provide and account for your subscription.
Vityora is intended for users aged 16 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Each processes data only to provide their part of the service, under their own agreements and applicable data-protection safeguards.
Vityora supports your wellbeing and organisation but does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Predictions and estimates are informational. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
If we update this policy we will change the date above and, for meaningful changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Vityora after an update means you accept the revised policy.
