Delete your data

Vityora ("we") keeps your health data on your device and puts you in control. You can delete your data at any time, directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete everything from inside the app

Open Vityora → Profile / Settings.
Tap Delete my data (or Reset).
Confirm. This permanently removes all your data from the device.

If you turned on cloud backup, disabling backup in Settings also removes the backed-up copy. Uninstalling the app removes all remaining on-device data.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email us at privacy@vityora.com from the address linked to any request, with the subject "Delete my data". We will action your request and confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

All cycle, period, symptom, mood, pregnancy and baby entries and notes.
Your app settings and preferences.
Your encrypted cloud backup, if you enabled one.

What may be retained

Records of subscription purchases are held by Apple, Google and our payments partner RevenueCat for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes as required by law. These are tied to your store account (not to your health data) and are kept only for as long as legally necessary. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account.
